Well the Neo engine aka R34 GTST RB25DET is rated at 280PS at 7lbs boost. HP equivelant would be around 275HP. Technically speaking it should be able to flow another 50-100hp over that. P.S. That is the same maf that Maxima's use.
Is it a upgrade for SR and for Series 1 and 2 RB owners? Yes. Is it a significant upgrade for the Series I and II RB25 owners? Eh somewhat but not great. Reason said is the Z32 Maf aka N62 Will handle over 400 hp with headroom and is not that much more expensive.

I believe its about 400+ hp. It should be good since it comes on the NEO version.

nope ain't gonna happen, you will run out of headroom aka optimum air flow. It will be maxed out at 400hp, more likely maxed out at 375-380.
