These are in excellent condition with very little use. They were too stiff for me and i replaced them with Eibach Pro-kit springs. Now i'm wishing i just went to stock springs with no drop :-/ Anyway, i want to get $180 shipped to lower 48 states, or $140 picked up from West Orange, NJ 07052. I can accept paypal (no credit cards though), cash, or other methods if necessary (i perfer paypal though, especially if shipping). If you can give me your stock s14 springs in good shape, i'll knock $50 off the prices above so long as i'm still looking for them (or i'll give a $50 refund when i receive them if you can't send/give them at the same time). You can check my ebay feedback for user id WADIAD, which is 100%, and be assured this will be a smooth, quick, and simple transaction. Thanks for looking!

How much of a drop do the RS*R springs give?

I have found this information previously on a forum (probably this one) and i am almost sure it is correct, but i have never measured it myself.
Front - drop: 1.4" - spring rate: 5.0 kg/mm (280 lb/in)
Rear - drop: 1.0" - spring rate: 4.2 kg/mm (235 lb/in)
As a point of reference, I believe the stock spring rates are 2.0 kg/mm both front and rear (someone can correct me if i'm wrong).
More subjectively, it's not too low to clear speed bumps or anything, and my car didn't ever scrape the bottom with them, but i wouldn't want it any lower either. I also know there are springs made with a larger drop if you wanted, but then i wouldn't really want a car slammed to the ground and scraping exhaust parts over minor bumps. Hope this helps.
bump for some great springs. i have these on my car right now since it came with them on and i love them.

Just an update, i've decided i probably won't take stock springs as a trade. I'm just going to leave the car as-is with the Eibachs.
