I need some help figuring out whats up with my S14 SR20det. The mods i have are Garret 2871r .64AR, Greddy v spl intercooler, tomei fuel pump, 550cc injectors, hks ssqv bov installed on the throttle body side, greddy 2 1/4 Hot Pipe, SAFC 2, AVCR, RS Enthalpy tuned ECU, Z32 MAF, Greddy Intake kit. Ok and the problem i'm having is i am only getting a Max HP of 316rwhp with 307 for torque in 4th gear and 298rwhp and 265 torque in 3rd gear at 6200RPM with the AFR just under 12 on a dynojet dyno. And that is with the AVC-R set at 1.75bar for boost and at 80% duty with race fuel. Now that number is WAY low for these mods. From the research i've done i should be over 350rwhp at only like 17psi never mind 25psi. I can't see any where that it might be leaking so i have no clue. Any help advice or anything i can get would really be great because i've spent all this money and i'm not even close to where i want and should be for what i have put into this car. I know that a intake manifold and cams would give me more power but i have to address the problem i have with the parts i already have for now.
Thanks

All the Mods sound in order to be correct and funtional together... the only thing I can think is that the RS Enthalpy tuned ECU is not running correctly... ?!?!
Cams, ex.Mani, in. Mani will all help flow and increase HP always... but yes it looks like you should be in the 350 range.
I have been reading up on the Garret 2871r. You will not be able to break the 400s with the .64AR. The .86AR is better for reaching 400 & maybe a little over.
Correct if wrong...

could be SAFC super retarding timing.
you'll need cams to get over 350 though. so I bet its just the tune isn't working so hot.

get rid of the afc
are you sure its even configured right?
+ are you running stock cams?
the .64 ar 2871r only really puts out max around 320-330 whp even with a dyno tuned standalone and stock
valvetrain (even on an s14 motor), sounds like your motor needs more air, ie cams + you have a low port vtc head
its nice for mid range torque and respone with a small turbine like you have but its not as efficent in raw cfm flow
in the higher parts of the rpm band

thanks for the replys people. I just re-dynoed the car today, after re-routing some Vac lines, advancing the timing and raising the boost duty cycle and it made 348rwhp and 325ftlbs at 24psi with SAE correction and 359rwhp w/o. 400Hp at the crank.....NICE. MUCH MUCH happier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and yes that is on stock cams
