LOOKING FOR MY OLD 240 coupe

I am looking for my old 240sx, it was 89 coupe. It was the dark red color. Some things that made it stand out was that I replaced the black stripe at the bottom of the car with a silver stripe. Also the SOHC motor that came in the car had a silver valve cover that I painted. Also the intake tube was painted silver. The trunk had some holes in because of the wing I used to have in it. The interior trim was painted silver, and it had a black shift boot with red stiches. This was my first car and I miss so much. I graduate from college in Dec. and I am looking to start a project 240 when I graduate. I would love to have my old 240 back. The girl that bought my car went to school at Wyo Tech in PA. I have the VIN number and can post it later tonight. If you know of this car please let me know, and I think about 2 or 3 months ago I thought I saw it on ebay, but it was taken down after I e-mailed the seller. I sold the car with 178,XXX miles on it. Ask your friends if they're in touch with anyone in the DMV, they should be able to run the VIN and find where it is currently registered and who it is registered to (or in the sad case, what yard the salvage was issued from :bite:).

I'm not sure about the laws in other states, but NY requires the title and all documents to be sent to the DMV and destroyed when a car is put into a junkyard.

I already tried ways around it, I really wanted a 240 shell in my local yard but there's nothing legal you can do about it. :duh:
