Thanks for the ''serch'' option

It's been a wile for me to have need to post on here, but I do troll the sight. I'm in the middle of the ''OLD'' 300 z 5 lug and brake upgrade on my89 s13 and couldn't remember what I needed to do on the e-brake install. I hit serch and read through the threads and got all the answers I need. Just wanted to say thanks for the info and letting you know some do search!!! If this is in the wrong forum I am sorry please move or lock I don't care.:)

search option sucks ass 80% of the time

usually if you type in more than one word, especially more than two, nothing happens

so you have to type in a keyword and look through many pages of threads that may have no relation at all

This is a problem that they are aware of and are trying to fix AFAIK.

Before the issuses the Zilvia Search functioned owned all! I rarely start threads when I have a question.....98% of the time I have found the answer to the question or at least was set in the right direction by an old thread.

Since I'm new here I have alot to learn about my car and so I search for threads that relate to what I want to know. However since the search doesn't work thats why I posted in here. There is absolutely no reason for all of you to say "fucking newbie doesnt know how to search" when Im in here complaining about how I am trying to search and it isnt working. All of you who are flaming us and giving us bad rep must just be to ignorant to see the concept here about what this thread is all about. And if your intention is to just use this as your outlet for your "mommy and daddy dont love me" rage then take it to another forum.

I still fail to see your reason for posting neg. feedback in that thread i didnt go searching around for a thread to complain about the search i simply saw the thread on the home screen as a recent one and clicked on it. the person who responded to the original post was complaining about the search function not working. so i shared my coments. if you dont have any real valuable infor to share why post at all?
