Same thing we'd think about any other pulley set. You wasted $262. The accessories are useless unless you're entering a car show. The crank pulley is the only beneficial part and can be found for $30 all day long.
And there was a 2page thread on this not long ago you could have researched without creating a new post.

They dont make the accessory pulleys anymore. Which is why you cant find them
I have a set of the accessory pulleys actually, in annodized red. Woulda sold them to ya for 150.00. Oh well...... :(

iirc the accessory pulleys make your charging system less effective, so i'd just sell those and keep the crank one

less effective??will my car run hot and not charge with these pulley's installed

no no no. It'll work just fine. The only side effects you might see is a little bit warmer A/C, and you won't be able to run a high powered amp without draining the battery. The P/S isn't noticeably affected, and the car will charge up just fine. They just stopped making them cause there really was no power to be found in the pulleys, and the sales weren't all that great.... too expensive.

When I Installed the Crank Pulley in my car, It just got quicker. everything works the Same. I'm not sure about the Kit, but they say most of the gains are from wieght savings, not the underdriving.

exactly right, your not really "gaining" power per se. You're freeing up lost horsepower due to the parasitic loss of the weight from the OE pulley. The difference in weight makes it easier for the motor to rotate the pulley and therefore requires less HP to do the same job. That translates to more of that power going to your wheels.
It's the same basic concept you use when defining "gains" from a lightened flywheel or driveshaft.
Lighter weight parts => less drivetrain loss. Even rims, tires, and upgraded brake rotors affect this....

No, actually, you're just dumb. Ever think to try searching google as well?
A simple click there would have told you the same shit.
Crank pulleys will fit, nothin will malfunction unless you install it wrong, and are retardedly stupid. While you're at it, get new belts. Done.

hey dude, just incase you havent realized it yet.. nico and 240sxforums suck sweaty balls. those are newbie forums. they're great if you're into buying altezza lights and asking questions like where can i get tint for a great price.
if you want a good forum, this is it. the problem is, you. your an idiot. stop being an idiot and this forum will be more enjoyable.
i've been around BEFORE any of these forums ever existed, back when asshole newbies didnt own 240's. you remember when they called the 240sx a good "secretary's car" ??? no, you dont.. because you're 19.
well anyway, back in the day the 240sx didnt have a following. now, because of assholes like you, the 240sx is commonly stolen. people drive up to stock 240's and ask the driver "you drift?!?!"
anyway.. enough. the pulley set sucks. why? because your AC wont be as cold and because the charging system is slightly reduced at idle. either you bump up your idle or you deal with slower battery charge, slower wipers, and dimming lights. its real shitty actually, and i never found a performance increase.. this was over 8 years ago.
shit hasnt changed, just the amount of idiots on this forum. have a nice day. :-)

btw, if nico and 240sx forums were better.. than why do you keep coming back here to check in on this thread? no need for an answer, i'll do that for you.
BECAUSE we actually give you real answers here, whereas they dont tell you anything other than "those rims look tite y0"
zilvia and fresh alloy is all you need. if you feel like listening to nerds, go to fresh alloy. if you feel like listening to assholes, come to zilvia. somewhere in the middle is the balance.
ACTUALLY, getting off your ass, researching and doing some wrenching is the answer. sitting on your fatass typing on zilvia ISNT the answer. peace.

I bought mine off a secretary. And she bought it off a Judge. But yeah like another guy said. If you can only find something that is "supposed" to increase HP only on ebay. That means they don't make it anymore for a reason.
Also yeah searching does help. I been here a little over a year and I only have 88 posts. I just read and search.
