I know the Canadian Spec S13's have the daytime running lights, but I have a US spec 93SX I have some nasty fake vent lookin' things. I want to replace these with something like the late 90's Eclipses have....a plastic long oval housing that has a round fog light in the center (think of the CBS logo). Does anyone make this conversion part? If so...where?
Thanks,
M

im making my own =)
i bought a circular fog light, and cut the plastic vents a bit, just enough to show the lens, so the fogs are hidden behind the vents...
i just started on it today, and it was dark after i fabricated the vents, i tried to install it, instead i screwed up my wiring on the head unit since i was trying to draw power source from there... what a pain...

hehe, I pulled my power for my fogs from the fusebox, there's a slot there for daytime running lights (conveniently empty), which does the trick. Mine are some hooge rectangular ones I mounted behind those grills. Once I reaim them a tad bit higher, they'll be pretty effective.

It's going to be a pain to mount my fogs. The 89-90 front end didn't really leave any opennings.

If I mount any fogs in my 93 I want to get a hole saw and cut a nice round hole on one side of each grill. Then mount a round fog light in that space. I think it would be best to then mount the foglight to the grill so I don't have to drill into the fender.
I don't like the idea of filling the vent, cause behind there is where my CAI will draw from eventually. Or maybe an intercooler (big maybe).
