Rebuild Kit and AEM EMS for sale

Hey guys- I am in a bit of a tight spot here, and I am hoping that someone need these parts and can help me out. I run a small business doing highly custom engine builds, wiring, and tuning down south. (Dictionary Performance Engineering, in case anybody has heard of me) I recently contracted to do an engine build for a customer. Deposit was taken, and work started. The customer, however, has backed out of the deal, and I now have a bunch of very nice KA24DE parts sitting on my floor, in need of a home. I am hoping that someone on here will want the parts that I have, and you can do me the favor of getting them out of my garage. Here is what I have on hand:

AMS/Turbo240 Ka24DE Advanced Rebuild Kit w/ Pro series rods, all in original packaging, completely unopened and untouched. If you buy the kit, I will include the original AMS invoice. Kit includes:

ARP head studs
ARP main studs
Cometic MLS head gasket
Full Fel-Pro gasket set
Complete Clevite bearing set
Mr. Gasket Copper exhaust gasket
Turbo 240 Pro series rods (700+ whp)
Arias Forged 8.8:1, .020 overbore Pistons
Arias pins, rings, and locks
OEM Timing Chains, tensioners, guides, etc.

Complete Oil Pump rebuild Kit

I would like to get $2000 for all the engine internals that I have on hand. The price I paid for all of the above was a little over $2300 including the upgraded 'pro' series rods and the oil pump rebuild kit. I will also pay shipping to anywhere in the continental U.S., which should save almost $400 dollars vs. buying the parts from AMS. I am not trying to compete with AMS at all- I am just trying to minimize the loss I take from taking on a bad customer. If you are interested in any of the parts I have on hand but are unsure about buying from me, pm me and we can talk about it over the phone or via email.

I also have on hand a brand new AEM EMS for the KA24DE, new in the original box, complete with all the original documentation and software. The unit includes the integrated wideband controller and O2 Sensor ($400 dollar option from AEM). I paid over $2000 dollars for the unit new from AEM. The AEM MSRP is $2300.

*edit: the EMS part number is 30-1600U, for an S13 twin cam. Includes EMS, o2 sensor, serial cable, software, etc.*
