Anyone here go to AI? (Arcade Infinity) in Diamond Plaza?

I know about the meet that happens every week at the Diamond plaza. Just wondering how many of you guys go to AI (Which is also in Diamond plaza). I've been going the last 4 years. you can kinda say going there influenced me to get a 240, lol. seeing all the nice S13s and S14s there got me wanting one.

Anyways wondering who here goes there also (Maybe i played you ID or wangan and didn't even know about it.) I'm the short, big filipino guy (In case someone here has seen me)

I play "Street Fighter 3: 3rd Strike" mostly. But I was a big Wangan and ID player before. I also play a decent drum mania and IIDX. I still go once a week. .. but i'm starting to cut it down due to school. .

Anyways If you go there state what you play.. ect.

i use to play 3rd Strike, but people are too hardcore for me, lols.

Yeah the 3s ppl at AI intimidate the casual players. On weekend nights it's only us who actually play, so the competition is kindda the same for us. But we're not the best. . tho, lol. There are other arcades w/ better ppl. We hold tourneys every once in awhile there.

Honestly you guys inspired me to get my 240s, First w/ your kouki S14 then w/ the Sil80. I wanna finally show off my car next Friday nite, I got a new paint job and a new bumper,lol. You go to the 240 meet on thursday?

edit: i play sf 3rd strike once in a while..i suk...i know basic combos etc etc(only play w/ ken, ryu, akuma(the og streetfighters LOL))...and ID and that midnight watever and virtua tennis...havent gone lately...me and my buddies used to go there a lot..the twins? dont know if you guys have ever seen two short twins always on 3rd strike...

Yea Michelle left before I did, then I tried filling in her spot but I have school and stuff, so I was prettymuch like the unofficial A I employment agency - finding other people who could work there. I eventually just left cus its like ... dude who wants to work from 1pm-12am on the weekends? seriously... lol

oh man you should see my current bumper now... I always get some bad luck and hit large heavy objects in the freeway. The first bumper - it was a semitruck tire... then this bumper, I hit something which looked like a log or dead brown dog. I wish my bumper still looked the way it does in my sig lol.

lol yah im pretty much noobish in 3s now...everyone is soooooo good, yah id is kinda wack now...waiting for the version 4 to come out..but i havent been to AI in a longgg time

Super Arcade is awesome because it has Battle Gear 3 Tuned! And cause it closes late.

so you can prolly tell. . i'm a big arcade nut. Especially in Maximum Tune 2 (I was in a team) and 3rd strike. I personaly think AI is the best here in socal. But these are others with honorable mentions, such as super and FFA.

But AI has all the good J-Games almost as soon as they come out. . no one can beat that . .. also they have the bemani games new. . can't beat that also. . .lol

usually head out there atleast once a week, its kinda far from where I stay at koreatown.
But mostly go there 2 play guilty gear or king of fighters.
since here there aint no good arcade places
