Is the sidemarker on the S14 active like used as a directional. I was wondering because it looks like there is a bulb in the middle I don't know if it was blown out. Both of mine don't work it is possible that both bulbs are blown. If there are lights in there what are they used for and how can I take off the reflector to change the bulb. Thank you.

I believe they are used as parking lights/turn signals. If both lights are out, it's more than likely the fuse. It's very uncommon for two identical bulbs to go out at the same time. Check the kick panel fuse box on drivers side before you go ripping the bulbs out.

yeah they have bulbs, #194
you can slip your hand under the bumper or behind the fender guard above the tire and there are 2 nuts that keep them on.

Yes they are lights, but just sidemarker lights, not directional. Like what tyler said, it's most likely a fuse. If it's the bulbs, they're real cheap to get anyways from kragen or pepboys.
