shoping for an sr20det

Im in the market for an sr20det but I dont know were to buy a good one.
ebay is littered with tons of them but im skeptical as to weather they're good motors or not so I wanted to know were i could get a good motor from at a good price, the average ebay price is 2,100.

Don't buy one from ebay. Buy one from a reputable shop in socal. I'm sure you can find one on your own. I believe in you!

I Live in alabama and every shop ive been to when in say sr20det they think im talking about a new car.

That's why you need to get in contact with shops in southern California. Which you can trust to pick out a motor, take pics, and ship it to you. Alabama isn't hot when it comes to 240 tuning. You should be able to find a shop in Florida. But I'm not familiar with any on that side.

Theres a few down here...I'm gonna PM you a link to another fourm thats based down here in the Tampa, FL area and theres lots of good shops, hell of alot closer than CA too...lol
