so i managed to install these turbo lines on my car but the only problem i have is the oil lines leaking from the block to the banjo fittings/bolt. i have tried the stock washers which leaked, then i put in the new washers and it still leaked.
it turns out the banjo fitting is a lot wider than stock and so i don't think it was threading all the way.so frsports sent me another fitting which was smaller and the same size as the stock banjo fitting.
i installed that with the new washers but it is still leaking. i have put thread sealant w/ teflon each time and still leaking from that part of the line.
what am i doing wrong here?
i was planning on buying a steel AN adapter but i don't know the size i need to the s13 SR block and fitting?
anyone have problem with the circuit sports lines?

Hello ,I have installed several of these kits from FRsport. With new crush washers look at them carfully some of them are flat on both sides. But some of them are flat on one side and the other side may apeer to have ring on it or part of it is raised.Butt the flat sides against the bajo fitting. Try that if it stilll leaks then I dont know. PEACE

the washers i got were flat on both sides. hmm..
well i emailed them again. i'll just wait for a reply back tomorrow or something.
if all else fails couldn't i just bypass the banjo fittings and just go for an adapter?
I'm looking at the takamotorsports site right now and although the pictures are small..the black lines have no banjo fittings for the s13 oil lines.
anyone know off the top of their head what earls fitting they are using for the oil line to block?

Trust me, the same shit happened to me. I couldnt sleep at night untill I did the research. Now I sleep at night knowing my turbo get fed its oil. Good luck with the project. P.S. If you are desperate and can't wait, you can locally pick them up in walnut,CA. Thats what I did.

For those still having problems and those who are looking, you need to get the standalone kit from Taka Motorsports. http://www.takamotorsports.com/
They also offer a banjo kit, but I prefer the standalone because of the problem mentioned above with the washers.
Plus Taka will give you tech support and customizations to your exact fitment.
