S14 Vlsd out of a car w/ 125k. miles. Bolts right up to a s14.

180 picked up in san diego

Also have a J30 diff with the 5 bolt axles included. Came from an auto j30 with front end damage. Between 160-180k miles, but un abused.

seriously though, i'm pretty sure they are "equals". The only difference is one uses 5 bolt axles and comes with them, and the other uses stock 6 bolt axles.
