hi

is the serch broken? when i try to serch most of the time i get a blank page, is hard to serch O_o

I have a problem with my SR swap please somebody help me

i try to start the car and cranks but dont start... the fuel rail have presure (the lines are not reversed) i took out the fuel rail to see if the inyectors are working and only the inyector 1 sprays... just 1 time and dont spray again when cracking it, u have turn off the key and turn it on again, and sprays 1 time again...

also only have spark on cilinder 1... the coils are ok i test them all with the cilinder 1 harness.

anyone could explain what could be the problem?? the harness is damaged? or the ecu Y_Y please no =/

also... is normal the SR feels heavy to crank it?... my old battery cant move it, had to use a friends one

thank you guys

oh is a black top on a 92 chassis btw O_o
sorry my bad english =/

yeah seach function is kinda wacky. but anywyas. ehhh try recharging your battery. and about only one injectory adn 1 spark. check all grounds make sure they are good, make sure everything is conected tightly, and try another ECU I think the ecu socket might be messed up. make sure the ECU is pluged all the way in.

I try to check the voltage of the hanress where the inyectors conect... but only chnges from .02 to .04 when i am crancking it... is that normal?? is another way to know if the hanres is working and the inyectors are cloged?

a friend toldme i can conect a 12v light on it and see if comes on, is that safe?

well is the harness damaged?

It sounds like it might be messed up if you bring it up like that?

Bad harness = hell.

get a new harness.

well..
spark is controlled by the Cam Angle Sensor, and the ignitor chip, check them...
the ignitor chips dies more often the the CAS, also check your grounds on the ignition side..

so check 3 things
-CAS
-ignitor chip
-grounds

when i got my harness it looked like total crap, it was cut about 3 times.. and never put back right, i spent 2 entire days fixing it..worth every sec, found alot of messed up wires.

Carefully remove the cas cover and snap a photo of it.

Then rotate the engine 90 degrees, using the CRANK pulley, and take another picture of the inside of the cas.

be carefull when doing this please.

Also check the CAS with the FSM and is ok too

i still get spark only on the cylinder 1.... i get fuel on all cylinder, i took out the spark plugs and are moisty with fuel, I also put a couple or more grounds from engine to chassis, i have check all the stuff about ignition on FSM and test it all and all seems fine

check the video where try to fire up...

also seems than is waaaay to hard to start it up... dont say i have to recharge batery cause i am using jumper cables!!!!

anyone can help me??? u guys think is the ECU messed up? there is a way to check up the ecu, I live far more more SR20 ecus =/

sorry my english sucks =/

Ok, i wish i knew all your injectors were firing, but, because i read that you were only getting signal on 1 inj and 1ign, I was worried your disc might be messed up. But it looks good.

So. Now test the IGN signal at the coil packs. If you are getting a charge then drop on the signal wire, 12v, and ground, you should be good. Have you tried switching the coil packs around?

FYI you should probably pull the fuel pump fuse during all this cranking, as to not flood the engine with fuel.

I have check all the coil packs like the FSM and also have check all the coilpacks with the cilinder 1 (the only one trowing me spark) and they are fine O_o
