heres the deal. In Nov. I purchased a 1990 240 shell. The car originally came with the single cam engine and an automatic tranny. Well, I just recently finished installing my twin cam with a manual tranny. Now heres the problem, none of my electronics work (with the exception of the headlight bulbs). However every now and then my electric windows may work, and sometimes my headlights flip up and down on their own as I drive, the car also bogs very badly if I try to drive it. Another problem is that the alternator is not charging (ive replaced it twice so I know its not a bad alt). The only thing that I can think is maybe I need to swap out the fuse panel by the battery. If anybody can help me Id really appreciate it.

Sounds like a mess. If all you fuses are intact then you may have a bad ground(s) somewhere. Time to trace the wiring?

Ok. I have a feeling I know whats wrong with the Alternator. Its your ALT fuse on the left side of the of the bay (looking from the front of your car.) If you dont hook the grounds up and plugs up in order, the ALT will blow the fuse. Jus nab one from a Junkyard. Nissan wants like $25 for it.

As far as everything else, I only got one word. "Grounds?"
