momo steering wheel hub SLEEVE

yeah, i know its crazy. My momo wheel got stolen and when they took my wheel they also took off with the sleeve that goes around the hub and its almost impossible for me to find a replacement, I've called momo they referred me to this other store and they said they would order it for me and now two weeks later ..... NOTHING!

So I need to find someone in SoCal preferrably Bellflower, Long Beach area that is selling one or if someone knows a reliable parts store hit me with a number
