Well man, just found it was painted black. Is it a thin coat or is there paint between the fins? I can still handle it as long theres no paint clogging air flow up.It still kills the heat dissipation though. Between the paint, and the two dents, the best I can do is 350 shipped. If so, lmk, and Ill paypal you the money asap.
