dude has anyone noticed theres been a plethora of "how much should this be" threads? like 5 new ones today?
I can understand the occasional "im selling my car and here are my mods what do you think?" but for every little thing, its a bit rediculous no?

I once bought a S14 wheel with airbag intact for $20.
Just make up a price.
Typically I'd guess maybe $60-100 on forums (I think most people who blow their airbags typically just replace with an aftermarket hub/wheel anyway....and wrecking yards / online salvage places will charge a grip.
I personally don't see the undeployed airbag wheel being a "hot" item to the 240sx enthusiast community, so that being said I don't think you can ask for an arm and a leg.
SE Wheels probably will go for maybe low to mid $100s ($140?) depending on condition, tires, etc. Most all S chassis wheels (even S13 SE wheels) are typically in that ballpark, unless they are teardrops or worse, steelies.

OptionZero, A Special Products thank you for the help. As for the other two or anyone like them.... i will tell you this, YOU will see these questions over and over ....... and over again. That's why we are labeled NEWBS, think about it. Asking questions like this over and over is our job and answering is your job, its a forum. you dont want to answer or want to be a smart ass... dont bother coming in and responding. I have been on plenty of forums, I go through the same thing until months have past by and ive earned my respect. I am new to the 240 world and i want to soak up as much knowledge as i can on these beauties. From now on unless you have something nice and useful to tell me, consider yourself ignored

i helped you, but I gotta say your last post is off base. What A Spec and I said was common sense that you SHOULD have known.
You may be new to the 240 world, but you aren't new to reality. A webforum is not just a place of discussion, but also an archive of information. Don't be a bitch by running to the librarian, try looking around yourself first.

If you want to sell the clock ring accy hit me up.
I don't suggest selling the wheel.
They are nearly worthless and you have a wheel if you ever decide to take yours off.

LOL at the zilvia librarians.
Zilvia n00b: How much does an S15 front cost?
Zilvia Librarian: Uhhh..OMG, I'm gonna piss my pants. SEARCH!
Why not just make a n00b section so complaints about ppl not seaching are to a minimum?

It's more fun to flame the idiots who don't understand how a forum works.
There are also Stickies at the top of each section with important info and an archive/faq section with valuable advice.

i understand how a forum works, but i rather get more involved in the forum, i do my fare share of searching. Sometimes its just not there or it is doing a great deal of hiding. OR maybe some people type in the wrong words for searching. SHIT HAPPENS PISS ANT get over it.

Set it off in your front yard, they fly 20 or so feet in the air if you set it on the ground bag side down.
The P side ones are even better.

You know that isnt really a bad idea. But I think people tend to overestimate the complexity of cars and will ask silly questions in the "advanced" or whatever forum you want to call it. You could try suggesting it to a mod in the suggestions forum..

i know some forums that do that, a noob forum or a different name for it. its for hot topics that have every multiple questions answered. if its not in there, then its asked.

Still, you're asking questions that have been archived for 10 years. It shouldn't take a brain to know that.
As for the price, sadly since the car has become so popular and kids like you who have no money are buying them up the used parts market has hit rock bottom. I sold my first set of airbags in 1995 for $625 and continued to pull well over $500 a set until 2002. Now I'm lucky to get $100 for them.
