Watsup everyone.. i work over at a toyota dealership as a parts guy and found which part numbers from toyota will work for the SR's exhaust manifold studs:bigok: . these are not the exact studs. the first part going into the block is the same length and identical to ours. the part where the exhaust manifold sits is LONGER, so you can fit two nuts on there.. they are also crimped on the ends a bit so the chance of them loosening is next to zero. AKA you wont have to retighten your shit again, same for the 4 studs going from exhaust mani-turbo. they are also dirt cheap and you should be able to purchase everything i have listed for $40, unlike the expensive OEM nissan ones being sold everywhere.. very strong studs and nuts, our mechanics use them over and over again..i have these on my sr, along with a bunch of others at work on their sr's, they works great. i had a problem with my setup because the nuts would loosen up over time, i got sick of it and figured this stuff out. thanks to JIS :) hope this helps someone..if anyone else might want to match up a stud or anything let me know, ill see what i can do.:2f2f:
block to manifold (8)
90116-10017
stud nuts
94180-41000(8, or 16 for baller status :P)
studs for mani to turbo (4)
90116-08348
get nuts for these from Ace Hardware or something.. easily found.

yup everything clears ok =). i replaced all the studs, havent had to retighten anything since.. these are the same studs supra guys use, and without complaint.. these should always be in stock at a Toyota dealer too, which is another bonus...

I'll have to check this out. I am missing studs on my swap and noone around here sells them aftermarket. We don't have a nissan dealer around here but we do have a toyota dealer. What a life saver.

These can be found at Enjukuracing. They are listed at $40 as well and seem to be a good replacement for the factory pos studs. Just thought i would post up as another option.

expensive? I paid $64 for all the below from my nissan dealer. All part numbers are for the JDM S14 from FAST or the replacement US part number for it.
8 manifold studs - 14065-75f00
8 manifold yokes - 14037-42l02
8 manifold nuts - 08912-8401a
2 locking tabs (for manifold to turbo studs/nuts) - 14495-17f00
4 turbo/manifold studs - 01151-00161
4 turbo/manifold nuts - 14432-p7600
Then again, I also paid $105 for 14 S15 valvecover bolts and grommets, with the same discount I always get.
also metric bolts are graded 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9, most OEM's are rated 10.9
good alternatives still, especially for people without a nissan hookup.

Hello dont be lazy j/k. Take a smple with you go to the store look in the yellow bins for the studs, then go to the metric section and get the matching flange nut.The thread for the 4 turbo studs is 6x1.25. the studs for the manifold are iirc 10 or 12 x 1.25. Dont quote me on it but iirc ,yes:bigok:

UNITEDMASTER: problem is i live an hour and a half from OC so i wouldnt want to make the drive if i can get them online. I wouldnt have a problem going there and looking for myself cause i love hardware stores anyhow. Oh and if there is an online source it would be great for those that live in all locations. oh yeah and its hard to find metric fasteners online anyhow...through search engines anyhow, so maybe if anyone knows of an online source that they use.
