About turbo

Sorry beginner here, i have the stock t25 in the sr, but how do you know when the turbo is no good anymore? I don't want to risk it effecting my whole engine, burning oil or w/e.

go to tech,

then go to search up at the top.

then type in blown turbo.

or turbo problems.
