H&R coilovers who's heard of them

ok i know the name is a very reputable german company... but i cant find any info what so ever about H&R coilovers for an s13 240sx. soo if anyone has any answers for me please feel free to help out.. i am lookin to get them from someone. but if i cant find any info how do i know what to expect from the product

H&R coils are great (im also a big VW guy) but youd probably be hard pressed to find them in the sea of choices from japan. German suspension companies kind of tailor to the euro market, just as jap companies tailor to the jap market. Besides, as a nissan owner you have many excellent choices at or below the price of H&R, so why not exploit that advantage! Look into Stance, SPL, etc

well its pretty much like this.. i have some wheels that this guys who has the H&R coilovers wants... he wants to do an even trade.. now i am willin if i can find some more info on the actual coils but havent had any luck. if i dont do the trade with him i will be sellin the wheels to someone else and buyin megans or k sports. any info on H&R would be greatlt appreciated

well i can assure you that they are a GREAT quality product, H&R is TITS...i would take used H&R ANY DAY over ksport or megan....dont cheat yourself! Remember H&R is def one of the biggest names in suspension in the world and that is not because they make shitty coils ::cough::ksport::cough:: :) Do the right thing!

nice thas what i needed to hear.. I very much appreciate ur help thanx. but one question how come i cannot find any info on there coilovers for the 240sx? everything i have come across has been there springs but no info on or about their coilovers

All I can find from H&R for the 240 are springs. And that's both from their US and their UK sites, so I don't think there are any H&R coilovers in existance for the 240s?

yeah thats all the info my friends and were able to find. seems a lil wierd to me. but who knows maybe they made them for a short while and stopped, maybe the guy was misinformed and they are somthing else. who knows. anyway thanx for everyones help.

I'd also be very skeptical.

I've never seen H&R coils for 240sx in person or enough to compel me to want them.

Unless you're trading some bunk wheels then I don't think it's a good idea. And he might be trading you a suspension that's not really made for your car.

Hopefully you do the trade in person.

yeah he lives alike 12 hrs away so doin the trade in person is not goin to happen. i am pretty much waitin for pics of the suspension. maybe i can get a part number off of them and i can contact H&R we shall see. thanx
