ok here it is. my car bogs really bad between idle and about 22 to 2500 sometimes, and its ok after that. my car (93 hatch ka) sat under a tree for a year. i replaced plugs, hotwires, fuelfilter, air filter, maf, cat, o2 sensor, and iv ran 3 bottles of sea foam through it. i was told to drain my gas tank and run dry gas through it. so my questions are, whats the best way to drain a gas tank, and what else could it be.

siphon it out, or drop the tank, i guess you could also disconnect the line and pump it out via fuel pump. and for the love of god If you answer this question with a yes im gonna hurl. Did you leave it there for a year with gas in it and not add stabalizer? also are you getting codes?
