Cars been sitting in the cold for about 3 weeks. I go to start it and it sounds like noisy lifter like there is no oil. I take the valve cover off to see if oil is getting to the head and it isnt. So the I go in to try and prime the pump and nothing is coming from the turbo feed line..Is this a frozen pump or bad pump or something else

The relief valve is probably seized, keep trying to build pressure once in a while (don't start it back to back cold) but you may need to pull the front cover and release the pressure on the pump to get it unseized.

It's part of the oil pump assembly, inside.

You think it is better off just replacing the pump or just keep trying to manually prime it.
Thanks for your advice!
