Engine Mods:
SR20DET Black top from a 98 type-x
HKS Intake
UN FMIC w/Tial bov
3" Dump Tube
3" Downpipe
3" Catback Exhaust w/resonator
Perrin MBC
1 bar boost (~14.5 psi)
Walbro 255 Fuel pump (stock regulator)
Made 225 rwhp and 241 tq
I was hoping for 200 so I'm extremly happy... SAFC2 goes in and then tune on the dyno maybe next week... I'll probably be getting a fuel pressure regulator too before the tune.
Oh this was Dyno'd on a Dyno Jet at Unnatural Inc (beaverton oregon)

I'm not tuned and running the stock fpr with the walbro 255 fuel pump...
I already have a safc2 (need to install along with a fpr then get dyno tuned)

Does the TypeX still come with the t25? You are well out of the efficency range of that turbo. I'll bet you some dollars that you have boost leaks otherwise your peak tq would be higher at that much boost. Build a pressure tester for your system and find all the leaks, I'll work nice.
and yeah 241lb feet is a butt load of tq, but Ive seen more. Little baby turbo can throw all the boost downlow but runs out real quick. SAFC is garbage. You should sell it and then buy something where you can actually tune the car. Even an Emanage Ultimate is wayyyyy better. Anything.

those are some decent numbers.. what type of dyno was this run on? I put down 210hp and 220trq on a mustang dyno at around 2,400ft(elevation). with pretty much that same mods

hp or torque. b/c from most of the dynos I have seen people don't get past 250 whp on a stock T25 with a good tune. Dependent of there supporting mods of course. Then there is always the argument that the T25 is past its effiency range after 12psi anyway. 225 whp is not bad with those supporting mods.
Corey, do you have an S13 Sr or S14 Sr?

sounds pretty good. But just to let you know you may have 225hp to the wheels on the dynojet. But thats not what you will have while driving your car on the street. When using a Dynojet it measures in a different manner than a Mustang Dyno. The dynojet measures the free spin of the wheels, and the mustang measures with resistance to the wheels as if you where on the street. So on the street your gonna have around 190hp or so there is like a 15% or so difference. Just thought i would throw that out there for ya.

I diddnt say it wouldnt make more power. I said it was out of its efficiency range. and just to say Tim, it cant be an argument when its a fact ;)

yea it still has the crappy t-2-slow on it... but big brakes and coilovers come first, these hp #'s is enough for now with the tune i'm more hoping for better gas mileage and being safe. maybe later I will upgrade to a nicer turbo... but for now i'm very happy
