Do all 240s have 4ws?

Yes some s13's had 4ws or HICAS.  There is a way to disable it, but I don't know how to do it or how easy it would be.

There are rumors that there is a HICAS eliminator kit but I haven't found it and w/ that you will need to disable the hydrolics system.  Another option is to swap ass ends w/ a non hicas 240 but you will lose the LSD or do the j30 swap.  BTW the HICAS only came on the s13 and was very limited in its production.

Anyway it makes for a cluttered ass-end and gets in the way it also is ::to me anyways:: slow to respond to steering input.  I don't drift and don't plan to so that is why I am not worried.

I always here bad things about HICAS, or at least the HICAS on the S13. I hear it is only good for changing lanes, but when you're on the track it is very unpredictable and will cause you to mess up more than help. The HICAS on Skylines though I have heard nothing but good things.
