Application is for a 2001 Maxima (please don't flame). Yes, FF sucks balls, but that's what happens when I crash my S14.

Vehicle is daily driven (occasional track time). Need coilover that will give me drop without effecting ride.

Tein SS cheap but limited/no adjustability
Flt-A1 same a Tein SS??
Flt-A2-VIP bestbang for the buck but high priced

Help me decide...

maybe you should post on a Maxima forum?

flta2. Dont think tein SS are dual height adjustable. Meaning you lose shock travel.

I did but not many people invest in coilovers. Besides, Zilvia Baller!! Keep it coming guys... Thanks, Mario

happen to know what are the spring rates?

JIC FLT-A1: 8kg/6kg $1100
JIC FLTA2-VIP: 8kg/8kg $1800

Decided not to go with Tein SS.

Is the extra 700 dollars worth spending? Again, I need at least 3inch drop. Can A1 drop 3 inches without affecting ride?

are you looking for a stock ride? b/c any kind of lowering you do to a car will affect ride quality, especially coilovers. imo, if you are not tracking the car often, you should just stick with springs and shocks. but i don't know what your building teh car for

yeah, if it's suppose to be a comfy car, i'd go for something comfy..

but if you want a drop drop, buy dem air springs, hit dem switches

or there's always ground control sleeve overs with some KYB struts or something. That way you wont have a crazy stiff ride but still able to have some fun at the track.

I'm leaning towards JIC flt-a1 after research. I think that it's decently priced.

Can I get reviews on Flt-A1? I tried google but came up with little results.

Maxima forum recomends K-sports:tweak: ...

Comfort is not a main concern.
I'd say:
1. Drop
2. Handling
3. Comfort

Air+track sounds scary:ugh: .
