S14 SR into S13

i've searched and checked all the tech forum for this and can find swapping S13 redtop to S14 but not S14 SR20 into S13. i noticed wiring concern with redtop to S14 for wipers and a couple other items. what are the wiring differences for S14 to S13 swap? I am considering this swap to get the OB2 system instead of looking at blinking lights.

obdI or obdII is only the wire order at the ECU end. it doesn't change anything if you know exactly what wires are what.
I wrote down the wiring on a piece of paper if you dont understand that link. Hopefully you can understand my writing:

On the sr s14 harness, you need to cut the some wires from the power plug (it's the small long plug that is next to the ecu harness plug, not sure what it's called). The wires that are needed goes to the gray and brown plug inside the engine bay. You pull those wires through the harness and run them into the engine bay. Just like how a sr s13 harness is designed. Might be confusing if you dont have the infront of you explaining this.

The wiper system on the S13 isn't connected to anything on the engine harness. You ignore this when you wire up your sr s14 harness to your car. The instrumental cluster wiring is all connected to the power plug.
