As history shows, CSX 3015 is one of two Super Snake Cobras built. The other being CSX 3303 built for Bill Cosby. CSX 3303 was a 1967 427 street car retained by Shelby American as a PR car and then made into a Super Snake for Bill Cosby. Cosby's record album titled '200 MPH' attests to the fact of why he only drove it once before returning it to Shelby American. Shelby American sold it to S and C Motors in San Francisco, who then sold it to their customer, Tony Maxey. Maxey destroyed himself and CSX 3303 by driving off of a cliff and into the Pacific Ocean. Sadly, Brian Angliss only opted to revive CSX 3303 leaving Mr. Maxey the only one still dead! This copy of CSX 3303 exists in the U.K. today and probably will be offered at an auction. It has absolutely no collector value.

I was reading about this coming up a week or so ago. They were expecting it bring big bucks.

I was lucky enough to get a ride in an original Shelby Cobra when i was younger. I was at my uncles house and his friend had one that he eventually auctioned off. IIRC he got like $70k for it. This was back in about '88 or so. Not many people can say they've driven in a real Shelby Cobra.

For a Mustang it's cool, but neither that or the Supersnake are as cool as the Shelby Daytona coupe. Absolutly beautiful. I'd rock a replica as a daily with a 1jz, RB, BMW M-motor, anything to make the purists cringe.

Or you can be even more OG and get an AC Ace, the car that Carrol Shelby modified into Shelby Cobras. Ironic Shelby sues kit car companies over Cobra kitcars when the original design wasn't even his to start with.

they used to have a cobra coupe like that at shine street in carson, bad ass car. they always have nice cars at shine street. seen saleen drop off a S7 turbo there.
