Ok this setup is cherry, its a really nice setup for the price. It has under 300 miles on it. It was on a test bed car for prototyping parts and has not seen any long range street use. Nor has it been tracked.
It consists of Eibach ERS race springs. These springs are race proven and have won many races. I might add you can get them in 25lb increments for fine tuning these coilovers.
These springs are 9kg front and 6kg rear. They are riding on Ground Control/ KYB AGX's . This setup is fully assembled. You would just bolt it into your car.
Tein camber plates are sold by the way.

SOLD!, This is a steal for getting a great set of ADJUSTABLE SHOCKS i.e. dampening, with HEIGHT ADJUSTABILITY as well.
P.S. that would not include shipping. This is for a S13

so these are fully adjustable (height and dampening) like a true coilover system but with the ride comfort of a spring/shock setup??

or does it ride just as stiff as coilovers?

Had this setup on my IS but with konis and so does my friend on his m3. Its seriously the best handling setup i have ever had. Far better than most "jdm" coilovers.

yes it is fully adjustable(which I did state above and now have capitalized so people won't miss it) and yes it does ride nice.

damn, i didn't notice that it was for S13s... good luck with the sale.

ps: if you don't mind me asking, how much would a setup like this cost for a s14?

New it would be around $850-875 after tax's and shipping. You would have to assemble it as well.
