This is the exact copy of a message I sent to all 3 admins listed in the Classifieds, with no response from them either, thanks for the help on that too guys....

Hi, on 1-02-2007 I inquired to purchase some parts from "TKfoshori" in the classifieds section. My inquiry was for a set of OEM 180sx Sideskirts for S13. Here is a link to the thread: http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=129139 This was his second attempt at selling, he had posted them for sale on 12-02-2006 ( http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=126664 ) and I had inquired then but thought that they were being sold, so when he posted them again and I had the money (a clean $140.00 shipped) I jumped at the oppurtunity. I do not have paypal and all business that I do on forums, I do through Postal Money Order shipped Priority Mail though the Post Office.

On 1-03-2007, I sent $140.00 to "TKfoshori" via Postal Money Order shipped Priority Mail through the Post Office. My delivery confirmation states that the money order was delivered 2 days later on 1-05-07 at 11:18am. I checked the confirmation on the 4th and saw that it was delivered and was waiting for him to get on aim. From that point on his aim would "not work properly" and sign him off right away, stated in a PM. He said that he would check with his family who may have grabbed the mail and get back to me but hasn't, that was on the 10th, nothing progressive since that.

Through the beginning of this I spoke with him on aim (SliDESET) and sounded like an awesome person to work with and even offered refund if they did not fit to my likeing, He provided detailed pics and good information, but after money was sent, contact pretty much haulted.

If you could speak with him and see what the status is I would appreciate it.

Here are photos of all receipts and the "customer's receipt" off the money order, also a print screen of the delivery confirmation:

Please let me know, I either need the parts or my money back as soon as possible!!

Thank you

Ryan

So yea today is now the 18th and I have gotten no word from him and this is pissing me off, I could have bought a new hatch that I needed but since he sounded like someone worthy of doing business with and got, what I believe is a great deal, I passed on that oppurtunity. I need this taken care of and I need this taken care of like now... Has been 16 days since inquiry, 2 weeks WITH MY MONEY!!!

Unfortunately because it was in the form of a money order there is little that can be done and the only legal people that can help you is his local police, which for 140$ will laugh at you. I was scammed by a guy in Ohio 1 year ago for S15 headlights and hood, since it was at 600$ it was considered a federal crime and local police shrugged it off and said talk to the fbi. FBI laughed and said maybe if it was 60,000$ they might look into it. This is why all companies that send money orders urge you to not purchase things with them due to the fact that they have no legitamite way to secure your item or prove that it was a legal and binding trade agreement. I'm sorry for your loss but this is why I will never again deal with money transfers outside of escrow services like paypal.

lol yeah worst part is apparently someone was successful in opening up a FBI case against the guy that ripped me off and I never knew about it because I failed to check the thread 3 months later >< lol.

Regardless of the amount that someone has been shafted for, loseing out on money due to a scammer is loseing money to a scammer. I am just surprised I have had no help from the admins. I messaged requesting a name change and got a message next day, then when I message saying I am being scammed I get no message back saying we contacted him or anything. I have seen that they have been on since to and pop ups are handed out when PMs are received so I am more then sure that they have read the message. Hell in NICO we find peoples places of business, their address, their phon number, get satellite pics of their houses and shyt to get the guy to pay money back. I really do nothing on this site other then visit the classifieds because its well organised, I think like 2 posts outside of the classifieds have been made and negative feedback has been given, and I did not do anything wrong. Iunno, I would just like to see a little effort or communication being put forth by the administration to try and get my problem resolved. I know we post at our own risk but some help would be nice. Iunno....

Ok this has been an on going thing for over 2 weeks, I fukced with your reputation 1 day ago because you are a dyck and need to stop wasteing peoples time.

haha, I love it I got a bad rep now because... "Fuck You" wow how childish, and apparently I waste peoples time inquireing about prices and don't buy because its out of my price range at that time. Iunno, like I said I am pretty much through with this site.

Grievances
Zilvia is not a grievance forum. If you have a problem with a seller or buyer, settle it with them. If you are unable to contact them and seek further assistance, contact your (and their) local law enforcement.

Quoted from the classifieds guidelines sticky.

Admin's take no responsibility for scammers or greviances. I learned the hard way by not reading the rules before risking it and so did you apparently. It's a transaction at your own risk, they have no obligation to help you with your money and obviously I'm unsure of what you want them to do at this point? It's a legal matter and they are not legal authorities. Take it to the proper authorities if you want to see this resolved.
