I purchased mine from him around December 12th, and look! its January 18th and he is still BSing some reason why the engine wont ship out. People have vouched for him, yet he has become such a scammer and a fraud that its ridiculous.

I feel for you Tanik but it always shocks me how SOCAL guys will make OUT OF STATE purchases on large high value items such as SR's!

I keep harping on it, but you are in Socal, you can walk down the street and buy an SR IN PERSON, among other parts.

If it's too good to be true, then it probably is. And that's never worth saving a couple bucks.

This also applies to everyone else, try to buy local first, if that's not an option make sure you use good judgement!

Ask for detailed pictures, or try to find a vouch for that seller that holds weight.

Your pics seemed fair enough, and from them there was no way for me to tell that it was cracked in 30 places. There is also no way you couldnt have known that it was cracked before sending it out, you scammed me, plain and simple. I'm out for $350 and your out a reputation. You dont respond to PM's (at least after the sale), you were REAL good about replying before you had my money. This is also why you dont do paypal. NEVER again. Anyway send my manifold back or not, but I've been in contact with Gilboyto this whole time, and were going to be talking to a lawyer about this whole thing. It doesnt have to come to this though. I feel for you all, having been in the same situation in the past.

Personally, if I was a small time seller and I had to go out of town I'd make people aware of that fact before I left. That's just good customer service. The customer shouldn't have to plead and whine to get a product that he/she paid for.

Send out their shit in good condition and that's that.

Word of advice: As A Spec stated, if possible, always check out products in person. If you're in BFE and can't inspect items in person, buy from a reputable seller. You might pay extra, but you'll get better customer service and a better product. Plus, if something arrives not as described you're much more likely to work something out with a reputable company than a small time vendor.

Also, contact your Credit Card company about the issue. In my situation I paid through PayPal via CC. Even though PayPal wouldn't refund me my money I talked to my CC company, sent them a letter explaining the situation, as well as supporting documentation, and got my money back with a quickness.

I hope all the parties involved in this dispute can resolve this matter amicably so that Zilvia doesn't have to hear about it anymore.

So you're saying that you refused to give DJ his money or a non-damaged part, simply because he, after you failed to communicate, handled things the best way he knew how?
What in the FUCK makes that acceptable.
It is further acceptable for you to have accepted money for engines that you did not have, and to be able to sit on THOSE peoples' money because your own car doesn't have one yet? On top of that, it is even more allowable for you to continue to sit on that money because the individuals tried with all they had to get their money from you when you had disappeared from the face of the earth, no one even knew what fucking coast you were on. More still, you claim to have the money, but feel you shouldn't have to make the necessary moves to get it to the owners even though you:
1) have no product to ship
2) don't seem to have any PLANS on getting product to ship

djpimpflex. called and said i was selling stolen car parts after i tried to get the manifold fixed for him..so he can go to hell

gilberto and tanik. well for the 100000000th time. their money is still in my account. becasue tanik canceled the check that he wrote and then gilberto called and filed a complaint. and taniks check bounced twice inmy account becasue his bank put a hold on it. so my bank then locked my account after all that. i've told tanik this twice he still hasn't done anything about it so his money and gilbertos can sit there. becasue im not argueing with the bank anymore. WHICH I TOLD TANIK ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED AND HE DIDNT WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

im so glad i had to repeat myself again and again. but, FARZam i guess you are a REAL internet TUFF guy. . but im sure when when they show and take your dad away you woln't be that tuff then.

NO way when was this posted. I told you that I cancelled that check. And i dont know why you been trying to cash it. And i sent you your money through bank transfer. Dont try to blame me that it was my checks fault that cause your bank to be on hold. I called you and told you that im cancelling so i can send you the money another which I did. And That check shouldnt even try to be cash. Man i have proof of the transfer and everything. So either you didnt listen to what I said about that check or you were trying to get that extra cash. And i still want my money back.

Yea i know this was awhile ago. But I still havent received my money back so Im back tracking to see whats going on. Because No one is replying to my emails now not even the cop that was helping. And for the record if someone told them the check was canceled dont keep trying to cash it.
