It's kinda the oppiset here in bend, when it gets snowy and nasty, the worst drivrs that speed around and act like it's find out have cali plates. and 90% of the accidents involve cali plates.

but then again portland doesn't get nasty all that mutch, so those people are clueless as to ice and snow. it's an every winter occasion out here in the desert.
