Vibration/Wobble at speed

So last night i was drifting in a rock parking lot. Had my fun, then got stuck in the mud. So i called my hick friends with their big F150 trucks to pull me out. They pulled me out successfully and the car drives fine up to around 45-50mph. Once i start going above 50 i can feel a wobble/vibration coming from the rear of the vehicle...seems like the driver side. Now when the pulled me out, they pulled to the side somewhat, via the towhook on the passenger side in the rear. So my question, when they drug me out could something have bent and now cause this vibration at speed. Or could it be my tires froom doin the dori dori?

did you drive hard into the mud or slowly drove into it? you might of hit a pothole and messed up your suspension or bent a rim like robby ^^ said.

yea you probably bent something when they either pulled you out or when you were drifting and you just didnt notice it

Its hard for me to understand how bad of a vibration your getting but if you were stuck in the mud there is a good chance you have mud caked on the rims which is thowing off the balance. A couple pounds of mud could make some serious vibs. Just an easy thing to try before you start ordering suspension parts.

as long as i can make my 100mile drive to school safely ill be happy Im gonna put the car on the alignment rack at school and check the tires for dynamic and static balance and see whats up

When you have the car up on the lift, do a visual inspection underneath. Compare the right side with the left. Look for anything obviously bent or broken.

Also....why are you off-road drifting in a 240? And in the future if you're gonna pull it out of a ditch, try to pull from BOTH rear tow hooks. And go slow, you should be able to avoid any damage.

if you have mud stuck to the axels or drive shaft or any part of the driving assembly it will cause it to wobble or shake, just wash the car and then see if it still wobbles. The first event I did with my s13 was a ralley cross at tomb stone. My car was the muddiest and most slidingest of all that were there. Instead of driving right home while the mud was still wet and would fling off I waited to the final ceremonies, by then all the mud had dried and made for a really weired drive home. But once cleaned up it was driving like normal

It's funny that it took as many posts as it did for someone to mention there is mud in the rims.....Which I'm 99.9% sure that is the problem we see this all the tim at our dealership. Mud/snow in the rims is a large cause of vibrations believe it or not.

unpaved parking lots in PA are quite common. roads are even worse here, so blah.
