Stock S14 amp

Ok I have a few questions. What size speakers are in a 95 base model 240?(all Around)  Does anyone know the specs on the stock amp?  I was gonna ask if I could run subs from the stock amp but that doesnt sound like it would work. Would it? thanks

I don't know the stock size of the speakers but I do know that the stock amp will NOT be able to power subs.
I run a base model Pioneer Supertuner 45X4watt CD deck to power my door (Sony 3ways) and rear speakers (Sony 6X9s), an 500 watt Orion amp bridged to push two Cerwin Vega 10" subs. I put the subs just behind the back seat and pointed them at back of the car and is amazing how they sound.
I got everything except the deck NEW for under $500US and installed it all myself. They key is to build a nice, airtight box for the subs.

I'm guna say.... I dont think it will my stock amp had a hard time pushing my music.. (It diddent have enough power to push stock base). I put 2 10's in my 95 240 with a Sony Xplot 800w set at 200w 2channel 4ohm... Now my system sounds nice...

im not sure about the S14, but the S13's amps are 5W/channel which isnt even enough to push decent speakers much less subs. Dont do it.

if u have stock amps with the system then u have 6 3/4 all around with two tweets, if u just have the radio powering everything i beleive the car has just 5 1/4's all around

Yeah they should be 6 3/4 all around, or I think they are actually known as 6 1/2 S.
I wouldnt use the stock amps for anything, I pulled em out immediately when I got my car. Especially useless if you have an aftermarket head unit.
By the way, how do you have the amps if you have a base model?? I thought they only came on the SE and LE. I dont know, maybe I'm wrong. Havent actually looked into that though.

I have a base model '95 and it has the factory amps. &nbsp;Took em out the same week I bought the car. &nbsp;Nice to have all the wiring go back to the trunk all ready though. =)
