Well the other night, I was driving back from Austin, and just coming off the exit. It felt like there was some wobble.
I got on a straight road, and gave the steering wheel a slight shake side to side, and it feels as if the car is loose somewhere, really wobbly.
My idea is to associate it with old rubber bushings, and a need to have an alignment. Anyone have an idea?

start off easy. lug nuts tight? ruttted road?

If not the lug nuts, maybe your tension rod bushings are done for.

mine felt similar to what you described when my end shanks for my aftermarket tie-rods were loose...
Are your tie rods good?

start off easy. check your tires, they might need some air. if not that have your lug nuts torqued on the right specs. if all of these are fine then move on to the next thing like tension rod and so on.

As far as tension rod bushings, they're easy to check. Just get under the front of your car and look at them. Are they busted open with gunk dripping out? If not then they're good.
Sounds like loose lug nuts to me or maybe separating tread on one of your tires. Low tire pressure would most likely cause a pull to one side not a wobble.
Does the steering wheel vibrate or do you feel the wooble in your ass (seat)?
Steering wheel means front wheels and seat means it's coming from the back.
hope this helps.

Aftermaket wheels? If so, did you also install a hubcentric ring?
Tires Flat spotted or unbalananced?
Have you recently adjusted anything prior to the shake?

I feel it more in the seat, feels like the car is just floating.
Im' going to have the tires and rebalanced and checked, get an alignment check, and check the rods and bushings.

Bad rear wheel bearings can cause your rear end to shimmy or wobble. Does your car sound like an airplane? No joke bad wheel bearings can also make a drone like airplane noise.

Well, an alignment prolly isn't going to help you. Alignments fix pulling and bad tire wear. Rear wheel balance could be it, but it would have to be off ALOT for you to notice it. Since you're saying it's in the seat, take you rear wheels off and check ALL bolts that holt the whole rear end together. Make EVERYTHING is tight.
You were saying it just start happening right? Sounds like a bolt came loose in your rear end. wait....err um, ewww....that's gross. :o
