Another crazy eBay item

ok now, please dont flame me for talking about this cuz im not supporting it, i just wanted to see if anyone has heard of this b/f.  its an electric turbo.  at first i just figured it was an ecu add-on that tells the ecu to take in more air(and those are a dime a dozen).  but i emailed the seller & he said that it is an electric motor that spins the turbo, forcing air into the car.  anyone heard of this before?  im assuming its a tornado-type gimmick, but if anyone has heard of this in a real car mag or something then post.  the link is:

There was already a thread about this last week or so. It doesnt work, its just another lame gimmick just like the tornado supercharger or whatever its called. Waste of money and time.
