I have a Sparco Torino 2 for sale. It's in mint condition, and black in color. This seat is very comfortable, and sharp looking. I had some custom rails made for it, so it would sit as low as possible. The rails were made for a 1995 240sx, but they should work in any year 240. The rails are non-adjustable (aka don't slide). This isn't a big deal on the passenger side since there is no reason to slide back and forwards. Additionally, I am selling with the seat belt buckle, so this is completely bolt-in!!!! I am selling because I want to put a bucket seat on the passenger side too. Currently, I am not wanting to ship, but if I have to I will. I'm asking $650+ shipping for everything. If you don't want the rails, I'll do $550 + shipping. I paid a lot for this, so please NO lowballs or trashing my thread. I can take paypal, cash, or money orders. Please PM me if you are seriously interested. Thanks.

Can you transfer the seatbelt latch to the other side and use as a driver's seat?

I'd say that seat is about level with the stock seat or lower (I judged this based on helmet clearance from the past)

no, as you'd have to have new rails made for the drivers side (the holes are in different locations on the drivers side, specifically the transmission tunnel one).

I'm not talking about the rails, I mean the seatbelt buckle thing. In other words, if I had proper rails, could the seat be used on the driver's side, or is it a right-side-only seat?

yeah, you could definetly use it on the drivers side if you wanted.
