The car is not registered. Car is in a warehouse. Not being driven. Once a week car gets ran and driven around a few blocks just to keep everything moving. Just trying to get rid of a car. It can be registered for the amount of 3k extra on top of the purchase price. For this to happen you would need to have the car taken or shiped to mississippi to have a company down there register it. I have dealt with that company before. you can dowload a new registration form off of DMV's website. Pretty much the only state that has issues with registration is Cali. Nice car, but ive never heard of anyone having to ship the whole car to another state just for registration. i usually dont like r33's but yours is damn hot, gl wit the sale!

I am pretty sure I know the form you are talking about and by just doing that form you are not going to be able to register and title this car in the states. Because this car is not titled or registered and only has the deregistration paperwork, customs paperwork you will need to do a lot more to register and title this car in the states. The company down in missouri can do that for you.
