i would have to say the hardest part is the bonus level, the first 30 level is way too easy
some of the things i've learn is spend the gold wisely. don't just keep buying but just enought so that no enemy can escape. also i 've found that upgrade is really not necessary unless it is for combo tower, start saving as much as you can, by the time i reach bonus level i have over 1500 gold, and you'll need to build at least 3 upgraded combo tower on bonus lvl 1 with as many water as you can possiblly get around the circle and place them so that they can shoot 360 and at the same time make sure you have a spare 400 gold for another upgraded tower after the first bonus level. same thing goes for any other bonus level.

I made it all the way to the bonus levels...I could have gone further in points if I just dumped my gold into the combo towers.

My strategy...start off with the cannons and those rapid shooting towers, place them at the corners or middle so they can hit in near 360 direction. Once I got a wood, get the fire tower, sell some of the other stuff or upgrade. Then get the water tower to slow them down, buy and sell and replace if needed. Once you get another wood...go for the earth tower so you can get the combo tower and just gone on from there.

Good game...and as you can tell I'm bored.

my strategy almost the same as yours..the KEY is to use the towers range, in all 360 and place them well. a good start is using only 2 rapid shooters and upgrade them before you even begin lvl 1 and placing them well so they will cover most of the map. they will make it thru a good number of levels.

another starting strategy is using 1 rapid shooter and upgrading him to the final lvl before buying anything else

i had total 11 rockets all upgraded fast, water towers all over the parameter, a fire tower fully upgraded and upgraded 50hp canons on four points. but, seems like once you reach 36-38 even with a gangs of upgraded water tower cant slow them down.


doh...i think i should have bought lives instead of more rockets. i would have survived.

Upgrading is worse than building more towers. Best price/performance ratio is building more fire towers. I almost cracked 50k spamming fire towers but I gave up.

Its easy to get up to 20,000 with fire. Only invest in fire and the rest in coins. Use as little firepower as needed to kill beasts. You get your 1st fire before air strike comes so i say a few carefully placed cannons will last you until then. But how people are getting 200k points is beyond me.
