Well I'm redoing the body of my S13, and have removed and filled the holes from the rear wiper, third brake light, and antenna. I don't wanna be getting the shitty radio reception though, so I was thinking about getting one of those v-dub "shark fin" antennas and putting it on the roof where the rear window sprayer was. What do you all think of this? I thought it would be about the cleanest look I could get and still get some radio reception. Any other ideas for sleek and clean looking antennas wanted.

Just get an interior amplified antenna. Same reception as stock, nothing on the outside but cleanliness.

Interior antennas are sweet. If you want one on the outside, I recommend the s2k antenna. It has the best reception of any vehicle my family has owned.

i pitched my antenna and just left it. i still get radio stations perfectly fine. the only difference is that when i would go on road trips i would loose the stations faster when i was out in bfe between cities.
just grind down your stock

Where can you get S2000 antennas nowadays?? They used to be all over egay, but not anymore... Now they only have the direct replacement ones for Zs and such, no more universals.

couple of my friends did that, it worked out well. reception was great. my antenna actually broke today, as i was going to school from work, going from cd to radio, the antenna actually went all the way up, it extended all the way to the top, so i was getting pretty happy as it did :ugh: till it went all the way out and fell off my car, it was pretty embarrassing, made a scene at a intersection. anyways post up pictures of your new antenna. :D
