Okay, this is going to be my last question about lowering springs. I haven't heard anyone talk about Sprint or Progress lowering springs. I notice that Progress drop the car 1.5 in the front and in the rear and cost less then eibach springs, but I just wanted to know if anyone have ever heard anything bad about these springs? Thank you for all the information that was given to me. It had helped me out a lot.

What do you want the end result to be?

I'm running Tokico springs with Tokico Blues, doesn't noticibly lower the car, but it is quite a bit beefier than the stock suspension, handles much better. Not really a "for show" suspension, but it drives very nicely.

I basically want springs that will give me better handling, that will not break on me, that will lower the car evenly or very close to it. I don't want any springs that will make the ride very bouncey over every single little bump in the road like those cheap ass Weapon R coilovers that I had on Neon in the past. I experience Eibach pro-kit before, but was thinking of something different that will lower the car a little more like about 1.5. Then again 1.3 would still be nice. I was also thinking about getting ground-control coilovers, but still looking at springs because they are still more affordable.

What about the eibach sportlines?

They lower the car a little more than the pro kits.

If I would get sportline springs, what would the ride quality be like? Another question that I have are Ground Control coilovers any good?

I dont think anytype of coilover will give you the handleing(how u spell that) you want... Maybe true coilovers...The ones with the shock...eg. Tein's

The Sportlines will give you 1.7in (front) and 1.4 (rear) drop. I have had Sportlines in the past and they were not bad. The ride was decent and not to bouncy. They will be a bit more bouncier than the Pro-Kit though. Ground Controls are ok, but you would still need to get shocks. So if you are on a tight budget and want mostly visual appeal w/a bit of handling, I would stick to springs/shocks.

Ground Control's only ok?<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>??

Ground controls consist of a custom wound Eibach spring that you specify the spring rate, handling characteristics, and ride height on a threaded perch, all for under $300. what more do you want?

i had sprint springs on my 240. it said &nbsp;1.8inch drop but it droped it about 2 at least(got rid of the 4x4 look,i hate tire gap. they were high quality and i recomend them &nbsp;there a good deal and if i had to do it all over again i still would of purchased the sprint springs.
