Does anyone know where I can find a wastegate actuator, for a T25, that is set for ~1bar?

I read that a T25 can handle about 14 psi before it becomes inefficent. Did i read false information?

i wouldnt run 14psi on a t25 for more than like 5 minutes, and never again lol

Buy some used actuators off the forum.
The start test cutting the arms, and welding/brazing them back together, i think about an 1inch and 1/4 off is 12psi IIRC.
Boost controllers dont work so well on internal gate.

I dont really want to go with the boost controller. That is why im looking for a actuator that has a spring set fro ~1bar.

I once thought the same. However a boost controller will keep that wastegate closed until it is party time. Plus you can get a JOE P controller for far cheaper than you could buy that actuator.

HKS sells an adjustable wastegate actuator. It's about $95.

nothign wrong with boosting t25 at 14psi as long as you have all the supporting mods for it...

i had it set at 1 bar before with no buying anything. I changed the vacuum lines around. instead of it just coming off the throttle body it was t'd off into the intake tube. theres a nipple there already. i was making like 1.0-1.2 bar, until the engine gave out.

I use the s13 HKS actuator and no Boost Contorller. You can adjust boost but screwing in/out the rod.
14 psi for 3 years no issues. Though I usually spool to about 5 PSI and change gears. Turbo has 0 shaft play and the motor is strong. 1
boost holds steady - rock solid. I've never used a MBC/EBC but I see no reason to with the HKS actuator working 100% effiectively.

thankyou, this is what I reccomend, either HKS or other adjustable arm
Its very simple you can adjust it on the car or before installing it to the turbo, you just pull the little c-clip off the arm attatchment to the wg door swing post and then pull it off the the side, losen the nut and shorten the arm.
The shorter the Int/WG arm the more boost you will get, because it will pull the door closer with more tension on the diaphram.
