Are these the ceramic blade turbos or steel blade turbos?

the blades are actually whats called inkamail. thats what garrett states, they say its as durable as steel but lighter like ceramic. all i know is garrett uses it and they make good turbos........ pretty much though i think thats their special terms for ceramic

Actually, I believe it's "Inconel" but who's counting? Either way, inconel is good material, no worries there.

your right inconel.

Inconel is a registered trademark of Special Metals Corporation referring to a family of austenitic nickel-based superalloys. Inconel alloys are typically used in high temperature applications. It is often referred to in English as 'Inco'.

Properties
Inconel alloys possess several properties making them well suited for service in extreme environments. Inconel is very resistant to oxidation and corrosion. When heated, Inconel forms a thick, stable, passivating oxide layer, protecting it from further attack.

Inconel retains strength over a wide range of temperatures. This makes it particularly attractive in high temperature applications where aluminum and steel would "soften". Inconel's high temperature strength is attained by solid solution strengthening or precipitation strengthening (depending on the alloy). In precipitation strengthening varieties, small amounts of niobium combine with nickel to form the intermetallic compound Ni3Nb or gamma prime (γ'). Gamma prime forms small cubic crystals that inhibit slip and creep very efficiently at elevated temperatures.

Inconel is a difficult metal to shape using traditional techniques. It work hardens very quickly making it difficult to machine. On the first machining pass, the work-hardening tends to make either the workpiece or the tool deform elastically on subsequent passes. For this reason it is best to machine age-hardened Inconels such as 718 using an aggressive but slow cut with a hard tool, thereby minimising the number of passes required. Alternatively, the majority of the machining can be performed with the workpiece in a solutionised form, with only the final steps being performed after age-hardening. External threads are machined using a lathe to "single point" the threads, or by rolling the threads using a screw machine. Holes with internal threads are made by welding or brazing threaded inserts made of stainless steel.

Welding inconel alloys may also prove difficult due to cracking and microstructural segregation of alloying elements in the heat affected zone. However, several alloys have been designed to overcome these problems.

Uses
Inconel is often encountered in extreme environments. It is common in gas turbine blades, seals, and combustors, as well as turbocharger rotors and seals, high temperature fasteners, chemical processing and pressure vessels, heat exchanger tubing, and firearm sound suppressor blast baffles. Inconel Alloys
Inconel 600 - Solid solution strengthened
Inconel 625 - Acid resistant
Inconel 690 - Low cobalt content for nuclear applications
Inconel 718 - Gamma prime strengthened with good weldability

So it is made of some type of special metal, what that means to you and I - I cant say, but what I can say is.......

may need to modify the manifold but should work if you know what your doing, any good shop can do it without any issues.

The ceramic turbos are not to be boosted higher than 12psi, the blades shatters.

These turbos are not ceramic, they are inconel, Currently my GT2860 RS are at 22 psi on my skyline..... :-) no issues!
