...solved.

Some of you may remember this (but probably not). My S13 has had serious steering effort and memory steer issues since I got it. Over the last year I have replaced:

Steering rack (rebuilt)
Steering pump (rebuilt)
High pressure line (it was leaking)
tie rods (new)
rod ends (new)
T/C rods (aftermarket, w/spherical bearings)
Lower control arms, with new ball joints and bushings - brand new from PDM
Suspension tophats - also brand new OEM

More recently I replaced the rack bushings; the old ones were shot but that didn't do it either. I ordered them from Courtesy Nissan in Texas, and in talking to the parts guy I usually deal with (Brian) he said he'd mention it to the techs. They came back and said to replace the U-joint that connects the rack to the column, as it is the same part as the one used on the Z32 and the Z guys have lots of trouble with it.

It arrived today and I installed it, and finally, the problem is solved. Hope this might help some of you.

memory steer issues

You mean it delays right??? Cuz my steering is slightly retarded too lol.
U-joint would explain everything.

WHen you turn left then right, it doesnt respond immediately right??? Just wanna make sure...

An alignment first.

an alignment I asume only adjust the tires? with weights? I dont think that will fix the problem I hit a curb NOOB driving ther other day, so the car steers a little to the left now its very agitating to contantly counter ster when driving long distances, any suggestions, or anyone know what happens during an alignment..***specifically****?

An alignment aligns your suspension so the geometry is all correct. You deffinatly need one. It has nothing to do with the tires, that is called balancing.
