Speedometer Problems

I Have an S13 with a digital speedometer and HUD. However, both do not work nut the tach does. What can I do in order to fix it? I dont know if it matters or not, but the car is a DOHC.

d/l the FSM for your car and check and do the test it tells you to test the speed sensor.

Bet you lunch that you have a bad speed sensor. Source one from here or just buy a new one from Nissan 100 bucks.

Also, the test is about 99.9 not necessary. It's the speed sensor.

Unless of course it's just unplugged in the back of the display cluster......yeah you should check that first.

Maybe someone was trying to save mileage for Carfax......cheaters.
