Out with the E and in with the DE

Unfortunately my friend dosen't have a computer so I'm kind of obligated to post this thred so he can quit asking me about it. He has a 1990 240sx with a ka24e
but he's hell bent on transplanting it with a DE along with its trasmission. he found a seller with the engine and tranny but is now hesitant on purchaseing because he dosent know if every thing will bolt right up. Has anyone ever done this. will he have to buy a new ecu, wiring harness, or drive shaft or any thing else not mentioned. I told him to use that money to buy a computer. and stick with the E:2f2f:

id only swap if his E was busted and is bent on gaing 10 extra horsepower and got a deal on a DE.
