My S14 is super squirrely in the rain and I don't know why. When driving on a wet road, it feels like I have directional tires on backwards. The rear of the car sways side to side uncontrollably.

Here are some facts about the car:
The tires are directional, but they are on correctly.
My friend took it to get it aligned, but said that I would need a camber kit on the rear before he could align it.
The previous owner put the suspension on, I think it is stock shocks with no-name lowering springs.
I have only added tower bars, front and rear.

Is there anything I can check myself to see why this would be happening? This only started happening in the last 2 weeks (after my friend tried to align it).

Thanks,

check for cracked bushings, get those camber arms on in the rear and get it alligned, also check your tie rods and wheel bearings, having a bad alligmnent is a big problem and will cause this

I will get the alignment done again with the kit and see if that helps. I'll check the bushings too and see if there's any cracks. Thanks,
