Cat Bolt Specs

Hey folks, One of the bolts that holds on my cat-back has backed out and is on walkabout. (It fell out and is lost) Does anyone know what size and thread this bolt is? Any help is greatly appreciated. Search does not seem to be working today, that lazy search function!

People mix and match these. Go to any hardware store and pick out a bolt w/ nut that fits. Pick a few actually since it won't be the last time this happens.

Oh, so the hole in the cat flange is a through hole? I always thought it was tapped, maybe that's my problem all along. Can anyone else verify this for me?
