I have a weird problem, Ive searched everywere, and can not find anything. I have a kazz 2-way lsd, and 25mm bolt on spacers. For some reason My driverside rear spacer keep loosing its self from the hub. I am thinking it is from the vibration every time I turn. Has any one had this problem, an how did you fix it. The lugs bolting the spacer on to the hub is torqed, also my passenger spacer tends to get loose, but at a slower rate then the driver side spacer. I also think my driver side rear wheel was unbalenced, and shaking the wheel when I drive, could this have been the problem?

sounds like cheap spacers, and issues with the machine work on the seats. Try new spacers, or new lugs on the spacers.

wait so this means your wheel comes loose too right?
if your wheel isnt balanced and its vibrating or whatever that could loosen the lug nuts.... but if they're loose enough already to do that then you need to torque them like a not little girl.

ummm maybe you can get longer studs/bolts ?

hmm very strange problems.

Do you have another set of wheels that are balance to try it out?

It does sound like the problem is from unbalance wheels.

who install the lsd for you? Double check all the bolts and torque them down again.

yah im starting to think the wheel is the problem, Because I just noticed my driver side wheel is bent, it has about a 3 inch flat spot on it, so it is probably unbalancing the wheel, and causing the spacer to unbolt its self from the hub. I was thining of trying longer studs, but I cant, because they will stick out past the spacer. the wheels will not come loose from the spacer, only the spacer will come loose from the hub.

is the spacer hub centric?

My spacer is not hub centric, it is lug centric. Im thinking about buying new hub centric spacers.

i would hope it would be lug centric.

Try getting hub centric collors/spacers.

if you have a bent wheel i would worry more about fixing that and remove the spacers for the time being. is the tire on the bent wheel at correct pressure
