Due to being in college away from my home town and other circumstances, I've decided to sell my beloved 240 to someone with the money and the time for it.
the body has about 128K on the clock, about 10K on the motor. I got the swap done in San Antonio in Fall 04. The motor was from a stripped clip and got new front and rear main seals during the swap. I also had a brand new rack and pinion put in during the swap. It is is still the t25 with the side mount intercooler, but it has some nice mods:
Engine
Nismo Motor mounts
Walbro 255 lph fuel pump
Fidanza Rebuildable flywheel
3” exhaust turboback
Manual Boost Controller
Suspension –
Front and rear S/T sway bars
Tokico blues w/ eibach prokit
Strut tower bars front and rear
theres probably some other stuff i forgot but those are the main mods.
From a strictly mechanical standpoint, the car is great. The motor runs smoothly and builds boost nicely, however the interior is just a mess and I don’t have the money to be able to make it nice. The hatch looks shitty because when i removed the foam spoiler there was rust, so i sanded it and spraypainted. It wasnt a big deal because i had 180sx painted spoiler on there but that was taken when it was stolen. I only drove the car for about 6 months before it was stolen off my campus (yea, sux) and the interior was stripped. Mainly just the hatch trim and A pillar trim were taken. There was no external damage to the car whatsoever (besides spoiler); they just took all the nice stuff in it. (usual stereo stuff + battery and boost gauge) Since then it has been sitting in my parents garage in san antonio, driven by me on occasion to keep it maintained.
The car is in San Antonio right now but due to my parents moving i will be moving the car next week to houston.
IMHO this car just needs someone with the time to put new carpet and seats in it and it would be a sweet ride.
